A.T.C.C. Membership Cards. This season financial members will be presented with a personalised membership card like the one pictured below, but including their name and A.T. player number.Every player who has represented Alexander Thomson Cricket Club (including players who represented Alexander Thomson United Cricket Club in the Churches Cricket Association) has been allocated a player number based around when they played their first game. This player number will be printed alongside your name on the card and stay with you for your entire senior career at the Vikings. 
The club is pleased to officially announce the appointment of our new First XI Captain and Club Coach, Marcus Cowdery. Marcus comes to the club from Guild/St Marys as an accomplished Wicket Keeper / Batsman and experienced leader. His skills with the gloves have been recognised over recent seasons and he has three centuries to his name in the past two years. Marcus' enthusiasm for the upcoming season and for his new club certainly matches his ability. His committment and interest in juniors also promises to be a huge bonus for us. Pre-season training is due to start in early August. As momentum builds for season 2011/12 be sure to be a part of it. We are also calling for nominations for captains for seconds, thirds and fourths. This season too, the club looks set to field four junior sides, (under 11s, 13s, 15s and 17s.). As usual there will be a junior registration night in mid-September. We hope to have all junior players from last season return in 2011/12, and if you know of other juniors looking for a game of cricket please bring them along.
