Welcome Back !
Details of the upcoming registration night will be availble shortly. We are looking for new players in all age groups and we welcome back all existing players.
Plans are inplace for at least one team in each age group along with a MILO program. We have Junior 3 coaches confirmed and a MILO Co-ordinator however we need more support. Any parents that can assist with the coaching/scoring/umpiring in any of the age groups please let me know.
The U/17's are training (weather permitting) each Sunday at 11am down at the club. All U/17 players are also welcome to attend the Senior pre season training program.

PRESENTATION NIGHT
Our Junior Section Presentation Night will be held on Thursday, 20th March 2008 commencing at 6 pm
A barbeque will be held prior to presentationat a minimal cost to families(due to no fundraising held this season). If any junior player is unable to attend, can they please notify their Coach.

Viking Juniors to represent Geelong
Congratulations to the Viking Junior players who have been selected in the Geelong Representative teams for this season. Jamie Syddall U/12, Ned Gowers, Alex Watson, Paul Lombardi U/13, Will Lugg U/14 and Jay Dunstan U/15. I'm sure the boys will represent our club well as they take on the States best Junior Cricketers. Best of luck guys from all Viking players and supporters.
Under 11's On Turf at the Home of Cricket Last Friday Night Highton Reserve was a sea of white, as the Under 11's made their 2007 Turf debut against the Bell Park Dragons. Enhancing the showcase event was the Milo Cricket boys and girls who encircle the sacred turf supporting the Under 11 teams efforts as well as partaking in their program. Don’t call me Junior !
. A total of eight out of the twelve players who walked onto Tim Hill Reserve last Friday night have their fathers playing at the Club. Leading the group is Jamie Syddall (son of Denis) a veteran who has been playing since he was 7 years old; there are the two sets of brothers Andrew and Tom Cluning (sons of Rob “Curley”) and Harrison and Dalton Welsh (sons of Craig). Campbell Hose (son of Simon) is backing up for his second season and rounding out the eight are debutants Ryan Harris (son of John) and Alex Davey (son of Ken).
